Last updated: June 2026
AccSource Pty Ltd (ABN 34 629 101 099) ("AccSource", "we", "us", "our") operates the ClearTrace platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We may collect personal information including your name, business contact details, company information, job title, and any information you provide when requesting a demo, contacting us, or using the ClearTrace platform. When you use ClearTrace to perform compliance workflows, the platform may process customer due diligence data on behalf of your firm as a data processor.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the ClearTrace platform, arrange demonstrations, deliver customer support, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about our products and services where permitted.
ClearTrace data is hosted in Australia. The platform is designed to minimise the storage of identity documents and sensitive personal information, retaining compliance workflow records only as required by applicable law and your firm's configured retention settings.
We apply technical and organisational safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role based access control, multi factor authentication, and tamper proof audit logging. Our security program is aligned to ISO 27001:2022.
We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers (such as identity and sanctions data providers) strictly to deliver the platform, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
ClearTrace integrates with third party verification services (for example DVS, ASIC and sanctions data providers). Information submitted for verification is handled in accordance with the relevant provider's terms and applicable law.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. You may also lodge a privacy complaint with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Our website may use cookies and analytics to understand usage and improve performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
